There are four different installation possibilities for the Flat Direct.
- The first installation possibility for pitched roofs:The ridge coupling. Here, the mounting system on the first roof surface tightens the other mounting system on the opposite roof surface. Penetration of the roof is not necessary. The individual components of the system must be roughly ballasted equal.
- The second installation possibility for pitched roofs: A support with counter ballast. This possibility will be used, when the mounting system is only installed on one roof surface. In this case, the second half of the roof is only equipped partially with ballast and the under-construction.
- The third installation possibility for pitched roofs: The use of the ridge bracket is not possible in case of disturbing centric objects (light arc). Here, some fastening points will be used on which the system is mounted. However, some penetrations of the roof cannot be avoided in order to install the fastening points.
- The fourth installation possibility or pitched roofs: Here the ridge bracket is used as well. However, the ridge bracket is not mounted on the ridge, but over the ridge on the periphery of the building. Thus, a penetration of the roof is also not necessary.
