Yes, our high-tech protection mat is already pre-mounted on all our flat roof mounting systems and the Flat Direct.

Our high-tech protective mat is made of polyethylene. This material cannot absorb migrating plasticisers from the roof cladding, i.e. an aluminium coating is not necessary.

For the pure mounting system with ballasting a mechanic needs about 1 h for 10 kWp. This corresponds to 35 modules.

In our project report you will find all data regarding the project, as data of the building, data regarding wind and snow load zone, component data and data of the mounting system, including ballasting scheme, rail plan and all load weight and ballast parameters.

Our mounting system is finished of high-grade aluminium and stainless steel. The high-tech protective mat is made of polyethylene and stainless steel.

Normally, the ballast weights are installed on the main ground rail. Should the weight however, according to the ballast weights, exceed 60 kg/ 74 kg per double module, 2 crossbraces will be assembled additonally under the double module.

Our warranty period is 10 years on all our products. Further details can be seen in our Warranty Conditions.

The insurance cover comprises primary and secondary damages and ceases to be in force whenever Premium Mounting Technologies has made a mistake in planning, mounting or measuring of the system. Primary and secondary damages are all damages concerning directly the system, the building or the surrounding.
